Shelby bypass project receives $25M in federal funds

The N.C. Department of Transportation will receive a $25 million grant from the U.S. Department of Transportation to complete several improvements to the U.S. Highway 74 corridor, including the construction of a new bypass in Shelby that has been under construction since 2013.
