New guidance means North Carolina breweries can reopen in phase 2

Under the guidance issued Friday, a brewery, winery or distillery is permitted to reopen in phase 2 if it produces alcoholic beverages for commercial sale off-premises, per the state Alcoholic Beverage Control Commission.
