Gov. Roy Cooper keeps North Carolina public schools closed for rest of school year

N.C. Gov. Roy Cooper said at a news conference Friday that K-12 schools in North Carolina will remain shut for the remainder of the academic school year as the state continues its battle with Covid-19.
