Forsyth, Guilford to allow stay-at-home orders to lapse; both counties fall under statewide restrictions

The counties both wanted to end confusion about differences between local and state stay-at-home orders. The state order is in effect until April 29. Winston-Salem, meanwhile, extended its local order until May 7.
