New VA nursing home in Kernersville holds promise of new jobs, regional health care epicenter

The N.C. Department of Military and Veterans Affairs skilled nursing facility planned in Kernersville is not yet a done deal, but officials said Thursday the project is likely to bring along with it up to 170 new jobs.
